The next year Bologna Mineral Show will move to the "Futurshow Station" Sporting Palace (previously "Palamalaguti" ), a structure of avant-garde able to resolve any organizational and logistic demand, offering, at the meantime, every kind of comforts to visitors, with an equipped plant, excellently served, on a location to few footsteps far from the main commercial centre of Casalecchio di Reno (very close to the Bologna city downtown).
Located in a strategic position, easily reachable by the main highways, the structure is positioned in the middle of the highly frequented commercial center area wich includes megastores centers as IKEA, Castorama, UniEuro and Shopville Gran Reno - Carrefour, all of them open during the whole time of the Mineral Show, guaranteeing a dense influx of people to it. Endowed with a large parking area which offers 3000 car spaces, it's also excellently served by public transportation. A suburban rail station (reachable in 15 minutes by the rail train main Station of Bologna -Stazione Centrale di Bologna- ) is located into the same area of the structure, which covers a surface of 71.000 mq. Futurshow has got a surface of 12.000 mq and a height of 30 meters. Inside is constituted of an only indipendent volume, which consists of an arena of 120 x 45 meters, and it allows to prepare varying spaces because of the mobility of the galleries.

The show will be separated in two main sectors:
- Minerals, Fossils, Gems, etc...
- Bijoux.
New rule, for anyone who is going to join the show, is available at the official Bologna Mineral Show website [http://www.bolognamineralshow.it] , on purpose created after the 2008 edition experience, and which will be severely RESPECTED, so nobody will can tell that he/she didn't know or ignored any rule.
New rule says that at the time of registraton everyone has to pay 50% of the total cost.
