St Ives Museum is a small heritage museum, displaying parts of the local history.
There is a small collection of mining tools and pictures and also a small mineral collection of approx. 125-150 specimen, all local minerals. Most of the specimen originate from the local tin- and copper mines, but there are also some pieces from local clay pits.
Unfortunately no photo´s from inside the museum, due to copyright issues.
I wonder why this also involves the mineral specimen.
Admission is just 3,- Pounds
